Eka Infra, we believe that building resilient infrastructure goes hand in hand with supporting those who protect it. This Fire Services Week, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to the courageous firefighters and emergency responders who dedicate their lives to ensuring the safety of our communities and critical infrastructure. The primary goal of this campaign is to raise awareness about fire safety and prevention. This initiative brought together the organization’s senior management, head office staff, and site personnel to promote and reinforce essential fire safety practices. This year’s theme, “Unite to Ignite, a Fire-Safe India”, aligns with national efforts to enhance awareness and preparedness through fire safety drills, education, and active engagement.

As part of the week-long campaign, Eka Infra organized interactive and educational activities:

• Toolbox Talks were conducted to inform employees and stakeholders about managing fire safety situations at the workplace effectively.
• Fire Safety Presentations provided valuable insights into the history of Fire Services Week, showcasing how industries are adopting fire safety initiatives, and included detailed explanations of fire equipment and extinguisher types.
• Emergency Signage Displays at desks helped familiarize staff with critical safety signs and exit routes.
• To make fire safety learning engaging and memorable, a competitive quiz was held at the office, and written test was held at both site locations. These activities included:

–    Basic fire safety knowledge questions
–    True or false statements
–    Multiple choice questions

These sessions concluded with a recap of essential fire safety tips and a discussion on the importance of strictly following safety protocols. The interactive nature of the quiz not only reinforced key safety concepts in a fun and participatory manner but also encouraged collaboration and team spirit. Through this initiative, Eka Infra proudly reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of safety, ensuring that the message of “Unite to Ignite, a Fire-Safe India” continues to inspire and guide everyday actions across our sites and offices.
