Job Details:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall project management for the works
under the mandate. He / She must have hands on experience in the execution of conveyor system at
a Port facility rom the Berth to the Yard area plus silos, wagon loading system, mobile harbour cranes,
ship loader, electrical and automation etc. He / She is required to be on the project from start until the
commissioning of the facility and also extend his services to training and capacity building.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the EPC package from start to finish
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate with Client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are
met
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets using scheduling software – MS Project
• Ensure proper review and approval of RFI’s and submittals by the PMC engineers under his
supervision
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan and share gap analysis
report
• Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management
• Overseeing HSE activities and maintenance and UpToDate records.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 15+ years of experience in project management of port related MHS activities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and be able to lead and manage resources
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple positions and disciplines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Senior Structural Engineer - Infrastructure
Experience: 15+ years' Experience
Location: Mumbai
This role will be responsible for effective projection execution and will include:
- Delivery of assignments to high quality, oversee assignment timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and
- Ensure company processes and procedures are in place so that internal and external company quality management systems are adhered to, company adopts ISO 9001:2015 process and
- Coordinate with project managers to align structural engineering tasks with overall project
- Review technical drawings, specifications, reports and other structural engineering
- Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and regulatory
- Develop innovative solutions for complex structural challenges
- Perform detailed structural analysis checks and risk assessments
- Client management and external and internal coordination
- Increasing work winning through enhanced proposal preparation – assistance to sales
Key Responsibilities/ Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the design, analysis, and construction oversight of civil infrastructure projects, such as marine structures, yards, buildings, bridges, roads, and
- Utilize expertise in ports and harbor engineering to lead the design and construction of marine structures, including quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, and other coastal
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to ensure the viability and suitability of infrastructure projects, considering factors such as geotechnical conditions, environmental impacts, and regulatory
- Review detailed engineering calculations, construction drawings, and specifications in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for complex infrastructure
- Perform site inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control
- Utilize advanced software tools for structural analysis checks, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, or STAAD, to model and simulate structural behavior under various loads and
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and recommend appropriate design modifications or corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in infrastructure and ports/harbor
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards throughout all project
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge. Stay updated with the latest industry standards and regulatory Promote the adoption of recent technologies and methodologies within the team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in /Structural/Marine and or any related field Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or eligibility for obtaining
- Experience in structural analysis, design, and construction of ports and harbor projects
- Minimum 15 years design/consultancy experience after Master’s.
- Sound knowledge of structural design of heavy civil structures based on Indian and International standards, marine structures experience a plus
- Sound knowledge of structural design and modelling software such as STAAD and Revit/AutoCAD. Experience in relevant software, such as PIANC, AASHTO, BS and other international design codes for ports and marine structures will be
- Able to work under pressure to fast-track multi-disciplinary
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and
- Meticulous with excellent problem-solving and decision-making
