EHS Training May 2026

Eka Infra organised an Integrated Management System (IMS) Awareness Refresher Training programme on 30 May 2026 at its Head Office in Andheri, Mumbai. Based on the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, the training was conducted for staff members to further strengthen awareness and understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) practices within the organisation.

The full-day programme was attended by 15 staff members, including the Managing Director. The training aimed to reinforce understanding of environmental and occupational health and safety requirements while also familiarising recently joined team members with Eka Infra’s policies, processes, and ways of working.

Conducted by management system professionals from ACT International, the sessions were designed keeping in view observations from internal and external audits. The training was interactive in nature and included case studies, role plays, real-life examples, field photographs, videos, and practical exercises to encourage discussion and application-based learning.

The programme covered a range of topics including an introduction to EHS standards, effective site tours, situation analysis, non-conformity reporting, post-audit follow-ups, and mock audit exercises based on accident investigation scenarios.

At Eka Infra, such initiatives form an important part of strengthening awareness, encouraging safe practices, and supporting continuous improvement across teams.
